Refunds or Exchanges:

We will gladly exchange an item if there is an error in size or product. All sales are FINAL and there are NO refunds.

Lost or stolen:

If your product is lost in transit, please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number. Once an item has shipped with proper tracking information it is unfortunately out of our hands at that point. We will work with you to the best of our ability to help resolve your issue and track your package. We will not replace a product when tracking says "delivered." If you would like reassurance for your package please purchase extra insurance. 

Custom work:

We are open to custom work. If you have an idea of something you would like to bring to life on a design, please email me at and I will get back to you as soon as I can with detailed information and pricing. Please give me at least 24 hours to respond, as I am getting a high volume of emails. With any custom product made, there will be one proof sent to you before final design is printed.

Please allow 2-6 weeks for our handmade items to arrive!
