Refunds or Exchanges:
We will gladly exchange an item if there is an error in size or product on our part. All sales are FINAL and there are NO refunds given at ANY TIME! We would love to offer you a store credit if you changed your mind on an item as long as you email us IMMEDIATELY after the purchase so we can make the proper changes as ALL orders are sent to our printing and production team as soon as an order is placed! AT NO TIME WILL A REFUND BE GIVEN. All items should be washed on delicate and hung to air dry.

Inquiries: We are very active on instagram as well as via email but at times we do miss emails that come through since we have a very high volume of comments/DMS/emails coming our way. Please allow 24-48 hours for us to get back to you and if you have not heard back by then, then please shoot us another email as it may have been missed.
Yes we do offer International shipping but please note that it will take a little longer to receive due to a 2-6 week processing time and shipping to you 2 weeks! We are not responsible for any extra custom fees. If package is lost we will do our best but once again it is out of our control once we have shipped with a valid tracking number.
Lost or stolen:
If your product is lost in transit, please contact your local post office and provide your tracking number. Once an item has shipped with proper tracking information it is unfortunately out of our hands at that point. We will work with you to the best of our ability to help resolve your issue and track your package. We will not replace a product when tracking says "delivered." If you would like reassurance for your package please purchase extra insurance.
Once you have fully checked out and purchased your items no changes can be made. You can try to give us an email and we will do our very best o make the switch but it is not our responsibility if the order doesn't get changed per your request.
We are open to custom work. If you have an idea of something you would like to bring to life on a design, please email me at firstname.lastname@example.org and I will get back to you as soon as I can with detailed information and pricing. Please give me at least 24 hours to respond, as I am getting a high volume of emails. With any custom product made, there will be one proof sent to you before final design is printed.
Please allow 2-6 weeks for our handmade items to arrive! These items are all MADE TO ORDER and will have a longer turn around time. If you have purchased other items with it and want it sooner we strongly suggest to make two purchases so you can get your other items sooner, if not they will all go out when the handmade item is ready to ship.
