Yes. We have a "Rush My Order option. Click here for more details on how to add this to your order (s).

Rush Order Option moves your order to the first spot in line. If this is selected and processed with your order before noon PST, your order is transferred to the first spot in line and ships the next day with your preferred shipping choice.

If the rush order option is selected and processed after noon PST, your order is moved to the front of the line the next day.

We are not liable for untraceable or lost return shipments. We recommend using a delivery service with tracking to protect your return.

Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. 

Domestic orders are sent via USPS first class and can take anywhere from 2 to 10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

International orders are sent via USPS first class and can take between 12 to 14 days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.  Please be advised, if the package is held at customs, it may take longer.

All our orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail with tracking.  If you have not received your order in the time stated above or your order is not showing tracking or have moved, please feel free to contact USPS by phone at 1(800) 275-8777 or online at USPS.  You will need to provide them with your tracking number and the date it was shipped

Dream Big Little Co. is not responsible for carrier delays or lost, stolen, or misdirected shipments by the carrier.  International customers are responsible for all customs fees.  When placing an order for multiple items, and one item is a pre order, your entire order will ship once the pre-ordered item becomes ship ready. We are not able to combine shipping orders for any orders at any time.

Yes. You may expedite your order by selecting a faster shipping method of choice at checkout.

The expedited shipping does not move your order to the first spot in line. This option only applies and expedites your shipping and not your order. If expedited shipping is selected and the rush option is not, your order will process at the standard turnaround time noted on our website.

If you want your order to move to first in line and to have expedited shipping, you must select both options at checkout.
